New Edition

Reality sucks, let’s paint it with absurdity! Are you ready to take part?

Are you feeling absurd enough to participate to the first Absurd Film Festival?

Your absurdity can be awarded with bimonthly awards, classified in five categories: Standard Awards, Absurd Awards, Film style awards, Genre Awards and Technical Awards.

The Absurd Awards are a special category you can only find in this Absurd Film Festival: our goal is to award your originality and unconventionality with unique awards crafted just for your works.

Every two months we will have a private showing, during which the jury will assign the Standard Awards and will decide the Absurd Awards.

You can register for the Film Style, Genre and Technical categories; in addition to these awards, the jury will choose prizes for the standard categories and the Absurd Awards.

The best selected movies from every two-month period will be part of the final annual festival event.

The official selection will be announced on our social media and on our website, at the end of each period. Follow us on @assurdoff.
